Returns & Exchanges
Pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with all tags and packaging intact.
Starting a return
Open your order in the account area and request a return. A prepaid label is issued immediately and refunds settle within five business days of arrival.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are held for seven days. Request the new size when you start the return and we reserve it against your order.
Final sale
Fragrance, fine jewellery and pieces marked archive are final sale. Faulty goods are always covered.
